5/4/11 We all are aware of the destruction in Alabama from the severe weather events recently. One of our Emmaus members, Dan Soto, is planning a trip to Alabama to deliver needed supplies, contributions, food, etc. if you want to help, please contact Dan at 409-658-6360.

12/7/10 Election Results -- to serve on GTEC Board beginning Jan 1, 2011:

12/4/10 is the NEW work day, Join In at Aldersgate-Trinity Campus of the United Methodist Temple at 3600 Memorial Drive, Port Arthur.

11/17/10 the 11/20 work day is cancelled.

11/1/10 NEW work day scheduled for 11/20, Join In

10/30 is a scheduled work day from 8 am to 4 pm at Aldersgate-Trinity Campus of the United Methodist Temple at 3600 Memorial Drive, Port Arthur. Please call Harry Cronk at 409 656-3588 or Don Sample at 409 550-4650 to let us know you are coming. Food and drink is provided.

8/10 thru 9/30/2010 2010 Board Elections: need 3 women and 2 men. Ballots available at Aug. & Sept. Gatherings. Ballot received after Sept. 30th, will not be counted. Only GTEC community members (those completing the 3-day weekend) are eligible to submit one ballot, one time only.

Men - Vote for 3: Harry Cronk, Johnny Johnson, Steve Menard, Mike Neil, George Midget, Zim Morris, Robert Moxley.
Women - Vote for 3: Kallaugha Conn, Ramona Guillory, Kathy McEwen, Donna Windhorst.
