- Decorate Agape Bags
Purchase and decorate shopping bags with rainbows that pilgrims use to carry home agape.
Deliver to Housekeeping at first team meeting. - Make Place mats
Color "Rooster" place mats by hand and have them laminated and delivered to Housekeeping before each walk.
- Make Walk Agape
Make 36 identical pieces of agape for the pilgrims and deliver to Housekeeping on Thursday.

Help housekeeping clean and breakdown the conference room on Sunday at 4pm and attend Closing ceremony.

Sign up for a hour during the walk weekend to pray for the pilgrims and team.

Prayerfully consider these Terms and Conditions BEFORE you submit a team application. I understand that if I am selected to serve on a Team I agree to:
- 1. attend the team orientation meeting presented by the Board of Directors
- 2. commit myself to work as a member of an Emmaus team in a spirit of love and obedience
- 3. follow the guidelines for team service as outlined by the Golden Triangle Emmaus Community Board through its representative and the Lay Director of the weekend
- 4. pay a $100 fee to cover costs for the weekend (to be paid prior to the beginning of the walk). Team fees do not accompany an application. They are collected at the first team meeting for which you are chosen
If selected and asked to serve in a position in the conference room, I agree to attend:
- 1. all team formation meetings which are scheduled
- 2. entire Walk to Emmaus weekend, including the closing
- 3. follow-up meeting after the Walk
- 4. community gathering which follows the walk.
If selected and asked to serve in a support position to work behind the scenes, I agree to attend:
- 1. team formation meetings as directed by the Walk leadership
- 2. and be present for the Walk to Emmaus weekend
- 3. follow-up meeting after the walk.
